Return and purchase policy

1. Purchase of products through the website www.elpasajesevilla.com.

In this document Pasaje Sevilla SL. establishes the purchase and return policy established for the on-line purchase service of products marketed in the establishment, with collection at the establishment Restaurant el Pasaje.

1.1 ORDERING: Orders may only be placed at www.elpasajesevilla.com by persons over 18 years of age.

5.0 Order Cancellation

Product return policy

The products marketed at Restaurante el Pasaje are cooked dishes and other foods, i.e., they are perishable products, with a limited period of time for consumption, and with certain preservation conditions that must be maintained at all times.

Taking into account the perishable nature of the products marketed in the points of sale operating under the El Pasaje brand, the buyer shall not have the right to return the products once they have been picked up from the chosen store or delivered to the buyer's home.

Pasaje Sevilla SL. assumes no responsibility in the event that the restaurant El Pasaje does not have any of the products purchased through the website. However, Pasaje Sevilla SL. will make every reasonable effort to ensure the supply of all products.

Pasaje Sevilla SL.. shall not be liable under any circumstances for loss or damage arising from improper selection or incorrect application or use of a product.
